If you haven't met him yet, this picture is of Rocky, aka Rocky-tot, the Bud, Buddy, the Pu, and Pu-a-lu. Anyway, he is a good dog and a great companion, he was the last one adopted from a litter of eleven at the Pet Network Human Society in Tahoe. From day 1, he has been mellow, sweet and fearless. He has had a couple bad interactions with other dogs and humans and yet, he continues to explore and does his best to make friends at the dog park or at the beach.

The thing about dogs is that they live in the moment. They don't worry about what is going to happen or what happened to them yesterday. They truly enjoy life in the moment - allowing the rhythm of life to lead the way.

I know you are self aware and smart, since you are reading this and have already predicted that I will now make the connection of living in the moment as a lesson for us to learn, but here is the thing... we aren't dogs.

Fortunately, or sometimes unfortunately, our human brains, able to process so much information and have the ability to be aware of the fact that we are aware, can take hold and send us in a downward spiral. Because of this, our recourse is to learn how to retrain our brain and that starts with learning how to make small and subtle shifts to allow space for the retraining to begin.

So here is my pitch, because I have spent decades studying psychology, neuroscience, and the now emerging findings in the space of neuroplasticity, I have found ways to rewire the brain, starting with my own (and with various friends and clients) with great success.

This isn't a magic pill or an overnight "awakening", but what I have designed is a free 21 Day challenge, to help reduce anxiety. This will be a light weight entry into making small yet effective changes that you can then build on to truly rewire your brain.

The challenge starts on June 21st with the 1st activity. Approximately every 3 days you will receive a new email for a total of 7 simple things you can do to raise your dopamine levels and get out of survival mode. The great thing is if you save your emails, you will have access to these tools to use in the future. If this is something that you think would be useful, please sign up. And if you can think of someone else who might find it helpful, then please send them to the link to sign up for free!

After years of suffering, I feel stronger, more focused, and grounded than ever before. And since I'm a helper (but not a pusher), I want to share what I've learned with you. Not to toot my own horn, but I have a unique ability to take complex things and making them simple, so help me, help you!

Anyway, I really do hope you join me ... I'm sorry if I got too far into sales mode, but I'm super passionate and certain this could be of help to you (or a loved one). I really hope you join me today!
